We want you to love our products as much as we love making them. However, if you are not completely satisfied, here is our hassle-free return and refund policy.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • You may return unused, unopened products in original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, sealed, and in resellable condition.
  • Returns are not accepted on opened, used, or damaged products unless they arrived defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If the product you received is damaged, expired, or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please provide pictures/videos as proof for faster resolution.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved and received, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged product or wrong item sent).

4. Exchange Policy

  • We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. You can return the product (if eligible) and place a new order.
