- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another when it is shipped.
2. Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on location).
- Remote Areas: Delivery may take up to 10 days.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
- A flat shipping charge of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹499.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional ₹50 charge.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, we will share a tracking ID and link via SMS/email.
- You can use the link to track the real-time status of your delivery.
5. Delivery Partners
We ship through trusted delivery partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post to ensure reliable service across India.
6. Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may happen due to:
- Weather conditions
- Courier partner delays
- Remote area pin codes
- National holidays or lockdowns
In such cases, we will keep you informed via email or phone.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that the delivery address and contact number provided are accurate. Rare Skincare Matters is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
8. Order Not Received
